Return the mythical settlement of “Uppåkra” that dominated the landscapes of western Scania for over 1000 years! Here, the remarkable artefacts from the archeological digs are displayed – everything from everyday artefacts such as ceramics and coins to elegant golden showpieces, Odin-statuettes, and notably the wonderous “Wayland” ornament, recounting the old Norse legend of “Wayland the Smith”.


The tour is open and included in the admission fee to the museum.
