Guided tour: The History of Lund University from the 17th century to present day

Did nazi student organizations really gather at the “Akademiska Föreningen” in the 1930s? In a story that stretches from the time of The Swedish Empire in the 17th century to the university of today we meet seven students from each era. They teach us about the student culture of their time, how they lived and what they ate, what they studied and dreamed about. We also learn the story of the University’s own history, from its medieval heritage to the international mass university of the 21st century.

The tour is open and included in the admission fee to the museum.
